Chandler Place is part of the St. Anthony Senior Living campus that provides a continuum of care for residents. The campus includes Pond View Assisted Living Memory Care and St. Anthony Health Center, a skilled nursing facility that offers long-term care, short-term care, and a full range of rehabilitative therapies.
