I am the Director of Activities for Pondview Memory Care at Chandler Place and also the Assistant Director of activities at Chandler Place Assisted Living in St. Anthony. I have worked in both long term care and assisted living settings since 1996.

I have a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's degree in music performance. My musical training has enabled me to have rhythm bands, chime choirs, vocal choirs spirited sing-a-longs, and other high quality music groups wherever I have worked. My passion is working with people who suffer with dementia.

My musical talents combined with other activities seem to be a powerful tool in making a connection.
