Assisted Living

Our caring and professional staff makes all the difference. Supervised and well-trained, each staff member puts your needs and comfort first. Home health aides are on duty around the clock, 24 hours-a-day, each day of the year. Our licensed nursing staff is on duty seven days a week.

We offer a comprehensive menu of services, and you select only those services you need. Most services are provided in your apartment which includes a full kitchen and a 24-hour emergency call system.

Residence Amenities

• Heat and water are included
• Maintenance of common areas and grounds
• General maintenance of apartments and appliances
• Window blinds and wall-to-wall carpeting
• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
• Fire/smoke detector and sprinkler system
• Use of all common areas
• Full kitchen in every apartment
• Private bathroom with grab bars (most with walk-in shower)
• 24-hour emergency call system
• Complimentary laundry facilities
• Cable TV access
• Priority for transfer to Pond View Memory Care Assisted Living or long term care or rehabilitative care at St. Anthony Health Center based on apartment or bed availability
• Assistance in arranging transportation for medical or social service appointments

Services Included in the Monthly Fee:

• Daily morning "I’m Okay" check
• Daily continental breakfast buffet in dining room
• Daily evening dinner in dining room (a brunch may be substituted for the evening meal on some Sundays or holidays)
• Complete housekeeping services once every six months
• Social, recreational, educational and spiritual programs designed to meet residents’ interests and needs
• Scheduled transportation for shopping and outings
• Exercise program
• Monthly Wellness Clinic (blood pressure, weight, vital signs) by licensed nurse

Optional Services

• Noon meal seven days a week
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Case management by registered nurse
• Individually tailored personal care and health-related services as needed (including medication assistance and insulin management, assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, escorts, additional safety checks)
• “Partnering care” physician and nurse practitioner services
• On-site foot care and podiatrist visits
• Lab coordination
• Portable X-ray services
